A:We have our own serial number for tracking every radio with its manufacturing date . We provide 16 months for radio body and 12 months for radio accessories .

Q: Hong long will your product get firmware and software updated ?

A:We provide our update service ,but not limited to:.digital stragety and consulting ,technology update and PCB & components update .

Q: What is your sample policy ?

A: We invite your sample charge for trial sample testing and freight payment .

Q: What is your MOQ for every radio ?

A: We can do the ODM and OEM service . There is no MOQ with AKL brand . 100pcs as MOQ with OEM orders .Let us further discuss details with ODM service .

Q: What is your lead time for samples and orders ?

A: Samples leadtime takes 1-3 days .For the OEM orders ,it takes 10-20 days with OEM packings.

Q: What is your payment term and trade terms ?

A: Our trading term is FOB Xiamen Or Shenzhen ,EXW work .30% T/T deposit ,70% T/T before shipping . Also can do the L/C ,West union ,Paypal,Alipay..
